4 May 2007 Munros Capital Management LLP announces a buy back of substantially all outside interests in the Partnership, thus making the company truly independently owned by the Managing Partners.
15 May 2007 Munros Capital Management LLP announces the formation of a US subsidiary, Munros Capital Management LLC, and the appointment of Anmar Sarafa as the Joint Managing Partner of the US entity. This entity will be responsible for client service, administration, SEC regulation and marketing activities in the USA. All investment activities are based 100% at the company’s headquarters in Edinburgh. |
