July 2008 Munros Capital Management LLP was appointed as the sub-manager of an Ofivalmo SRI smallcap SICAV based in Luxembourg. This is an important landmark in the development of Munros as, for the first time in our history, we have access to an open-ended UCITS3 vehicle capable of being distributed throughout Europe. Being a collective vehicle it allows us to access clients previously not able to qualify for individual mandates. Even more pleasing is the association with Ofi Asset Management, a substantial French fund management company, which has enjoyed substantial growth and is of the highest reputation. As Ofi Asset Management operates a controlled open architectured model it is possible for them to work closely with specialist fund managers such as Munros. |
