The Partnership was formed in 2006 by six key professionals who had previously worked with Kempen Capital Management (UK). It may superficially appear that the Partnership has more than adequate professional resources to meet all its needs over its formative years. The Partners, however, believe that this is not the case. Specifically, they have a longer-term concern that the age profile of the Partnership is biased towards professional maturity. This is a great advantage in that we can boast a cohesive team with, on average, each professional enjoying some 20 years experience and knowledge of our asset class. The life blood of any investment management company if it is to be sustained in the future is, however, the quality and training available to new entrants. We will, over the coming years, be actively looking for both lesser experienced fund managers and for new trainees to build our people resources for the long term.
